Are You Satisfied?
Have you ever asked yourself if you’re satisfied with your life?
Do you have the courage to look deep within yourself, and admit
that you have an empty feeling that you cannot identify?
Do you avoid thinking about God and spiritual things?
Do you constantly keep your mind occupied by listening to music,
talking to people, texting, watching TV or movies, playing video games, etc.?
Are you one of those people who can’t stand the quiet?
Is it because you are afraid to think about God?
What do you try to fulfill your life with?
Sports, exercise, money, sex, drugs, alcohol, food, your family, your job?
Yes, some of these things are good, in moderation, in the proper balance,
and others are harmful.
But none of them can fulfill the void in you that is meant
to be filled only by God, and His loving Presence.
I remember many years ago, standing in my dining room, and thinking
“what is missing in my life?”
Even though I was going to church and reading the Bible,
at that time I didn’t know about the saving grace of God,
that comes only through Jesus Christ,
the ONLY SAVIOR OF THE WORLD.
I recognized that day that I had an empty feeling inside,
and didn’t know what was causing it.
With sorrow in my heart I have to say
that today most churches are not preaching and teaching
the true Gospel Message of Salvation through Jesus Christ Alone!
They are not preaching about Original Sin,
and the fact that Jesus has redeemed all mankind from Original Sin,
by His Sacrifice of Himself on the Cross of Calvary,
His Precious Blood being the price paid to set EVERYONE free from sin.
They do not preach about repentance,
which is surrendering your life and will to God,
after one understands the Good News
of the Gospel Message and your need for a Savior.
Because of the false doctrines being preached today,
multitudes of people in multitudes of churches
are just church-goers, not being spiritually born-again.
Most churches are just social clubs!
The following verses are from the Protestant Christian Bible Old Testament :
Psalm 107:8 KJV – Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
Psalm 107:9 KJV – For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness…
JESUS ALONE SATISFIES THE SOULS,
OF THOSE WHO ARE LONGING FOR SPIRITUAL FULFILLMENT.
YOU HAVE TO BE SPIRITUALLY BORN AGAIN TO GO TO HEAVEN.
Many believe that all religions provide a pathway to heaven,
but that is a lie of the devil, Satan.
You can only be spiritually born again through faith in Jesus’ Atonement
by His Substitutionary Death on the Cross.
The following is a definition of Atonement
from Easton’s Bible Dictionary:.
The meaning of the word is simply at-one-ment, i.e.,
the state of being at one or being reconciled,
so that atonement is reconciliation.
Thus it is used to denote the effect which flows from the death of Christ.
But the word is also used to denote that
by which this reconciliation is brought about, viz., the death of Christ itself;
and when so used it means satisfaction
and in this sense to make an atonement
for one is to make satisfaction for his offences
and, as regards the person, to reconcile, to propitiate God in his behalf.
If you want to have peace in your heart,
JESUS IS THE ANSWER.
The following verses are from the Protestant Christian Bible Old and New Testaments:
John 6:35 KJV – And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
John 14:6 KJV – Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me
Jeremiah 29:13 KJV – And ye shall seek me (Jesus), and find me,
when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
God knows who is seeking Him, and He will ALWAYS reveal Himself
to those who are sincere.
Won’t you make the MOST IMPORTANT DECISION OF YOUR LIFE,
Right Now, and Seek Jesus?
